Aeroseal Process Now Qualifies for up to $500 in
Residential Energy Efficiency Tax Credit
Homeowners looking to reduce their home energy bill can now receive as much as $500 in federal tax credit for effectively sealing their home’s ductwork. With the enactment, this past January, of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, Congress retroactively renewed home energy-efficiency tax credits first granted by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This includes up to $500 in tax credit for energy-saving duct sealing work done to the taxpayer’s primary residence.
